Biennale's Lecture Program links all segments of the project together. Leading international designers and architects conduct lectures for broader audiences at the General Staff Lecture Center. The Program runs on a regular basis – i.e. it is not limited to the Biennale period.

There are two masterclasses on Museum Design as part of the 2016 Biennale Program: Museum and Exhibition Design by Andey Vovk and Graphic Design for a Museum by Jonathan Barnbrook.
