Jack Schlechter started working in the museum field in 1986. He has been with The Philadelphia Museum of Art since 1997 where he holds the position of Park Family Director of Exhibition Design. He leads a talented team that designs the Museums ambitious temporary exhibitions and permanent collection projects. The Philadelphia Museum of Art consists of the iconic Main Building, The Perelman Building, The Rodin Museum, The Anne d’Harnoncourt Sculpture Garden, and two historic houses in Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park.
